Civil Court Document Preparation – Santa Cruz County Superior Court
Corvin’s Legal Services assists clients with the preparation of documents required for certain civil court filings in Santa Cruz County Superior Court.
Services include preparation of:
- Adult Petition for Change of Name
The name change process generally involves preparation of the required California Judicial Council forms, filing with the court, and obtaining a final Decree Changing Name once the court approves the request.
Important Service Notice
Due to new federal reporting requirements affecting certain non-financed transfers of residential property to LLCs and other entities, Corvin’s Legal Services no longer prepares deeds transferring residential property directly into LLCs or other business entities. Clients needing this type of transfer should consult a real estate attorney or title/escrow professional.
Corvin’s Legal Services will continue to assist with trust transfers, trust funding deeds, and other non-transactional title changes. Recording services are provided only for documents prepared through this office
