Corvin’s Legal Services works with individuals, families, real estate professionals, and attorneys throughout Santa Cruz County, providing both notary services and legal document preparation.

As a longtime local, my family has been in Santa Cruz since 1924. I grew up here, I live here, and I value the relationships and trust that come with being part of this community. I bring over 40 years of experience as a paralegal, with the last several years focused on real estate and document preparation.

In addition to notary services, I am a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in Santa Cruz County and assist clients with the preparation of real estate title documents, small estate affidavits, certificates of trust, and other legal documents prepared at the client’s direction. I regularly work with individuals, families, and attorneys to ensure documents are prepared accurately and efficiently.

I understand that handling legal documents—whether for a property transfer, after the loss of a loved one, or for personal planning—can feel overwhelming. While I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, I strive to make the process as clear, organized, and comfortable as possible.
