My family has lived here since 1924, and I’ve spent my life building deep roots in this community. Most document preparation is completed within approximately 10–14 business days after all required information, supporting documentation, and payment have been received.

More complex matters or corrections may require additional time.

Important Service Notice

Due to new federal reporting requirements affecting certain non-financed transfers of residential property to LLCs and other entities, Corvin’s Legal Services no longer prepares deeds transferring residential property directly into LLCs or other business entities. Clients needing this type of transfer should consult a real estate attorney or title/escrow professional.

Corvin’s Legal Services will continue to assist with trust transfers, trust funding deeds, and other non-transactional title changes. Recording services are provided only for documents prepared through this office
